Vimal is the founder of ALCHEM TADE since 2012.
Vimal is industry veteran in the Manufacturing and Marketing sector with more than two and half decades of experience. He has worked in multiple business functionalities in leadership capacities including plant processes, marketing and distribution network, long term as well as short term funding and organization building including large scale human resource management
Before founding ALCHEM Tade Private Limited, Vimal worked with Hindalco, Vedanta and Mittal group at senior positions in India and abroad.
He has been Key Player in the the set up of the First Aluminium Foil plant for the biggest players in the country, and tied up with companies in USA and Europe.
Had been Instrumental in building & Set up of few MSME Companies

G. N . Shah has more than five decades of experience in the Aluminium industry on projects, engineering, operations and marketing. He is associated with Aluminium Consumer products since 1989 and has vast global exposure
He was pioneer in start up of many plants and has been globetrotter
He is a qualified engineer and has worked with global brands like British Alcan Group and Aditya Birla Group

An IIM (L) alumni, Tarun has extensive knowledge in product development and operations . He oversee online business development for Alchem Tade.

Gopal has the sales function wired in him. He has been part of sales and operations for Alchem tade.
